Merry Christmas!!

Well, the meal is all over and we're all stuffed to bursting and everyone seems very happy with their pressies. Youngest got the Lego set he wanted (a Star Wars Imperial Destroyer) and is still building it. We actually managed to surprise and thrill the eldest when he saw his snowboard, so he's really looking forward to our Garmisch trip now. I got the hubby a turntable that can plug into the computer so we can convert our old LPs to digital!

As for me! I'm a very happy bunny!

I got my sharp pointy!! Not only did I get the one I posted about back in October that I thought had gone...it had...hubby had bought it! But I got two other ones as well.

So now I have the scimitar (like Hsu's sword *g*), a Knights Templar broardsword, and a rapier. So very, very pretty.

Haven't had a chance to get many pictures yet, but I will!

Ooooooh Hsu has a scimitar. *shivers on Anson's behalf* Hee.

Sounds like you're having a wonderful Christmas. Have a great time in Garmisch! :D

Woot! So glad we were right! *g* Can't wait to see the piccies.

And the turntable sounds interesting! Not that I have any LPs lef - ex had carefully stored them in the ROOF of our garage, for 9 years... smart thinking, it probably only reached about 130C up there during summer, if not more. So they were all throw away and I was devestated as there were some really great and rare jazz albums my mother had given me over the years, esp when we were both spending many an evening attending gigs around the place. *whimpers at memory of those albums and pushes it away*

Hope the hol in Garmisch goes really well, and the snowboard sounds like it was a great idea! *g*

I know, I kept hoping....and it came true! *lol*

Oh that's terrible *hugs*. We have a bunch in a cupboard. Some we've replaced with CDs over the years but kept the album because of the cover....but lots we haven't and it would be nice not to lug them around everywhere with us. Plus our own turntable clapped out long ago, so we haven't even been able to play them.
