1. The open sexuality, but moreso the fact that he's can balance the line between good guy and being badass for the right reasons.
2. Tough one, I have more of a problem with his fellow characters and how they react to him.

I swear to God some days I actually hear that watching him talk to Methos in CaH/Rev6:8. It's sooo true. It's The Who version I hear too, not the Limp Bizkit one. Though I'm not sure if that's so much a matter of sound as it is of Roger Daltrey's participation in Highlander.
