Last weekend, as a birthday treat...I went off to Milton Keynes to see Collectormania 8. This time the guests weren't quite so good as last time, only one minor LOTR actor and no HP. And the two (IMO) big names there, William Shatner and Nicholas Brendan (Xander in BtVS) did not allow any photos to be taken. And one of the guests that I really wanted to see, John Schneider (a guilty teenage years pleasure), cancelled at the last moment. Still I had fun...and got to meet Scorpy from Farscape!

And...well...I had to take a picture of this for the hubby...who has a car just like it, down to the colour.


At lastly, me with the formidable "Scorpius" aka Wayne Pygram who was absolutely lovely.




After we (an old friend and her hubby) went to see Dracula: The Ballet. Yeah, it sounds really weird...how could that be a ballet, but it was very good. Surreal, but very good. Very sexy Dracula and Lucy (Mina was so-so). Wish I still had my scanner as the program has some very lovely pics.

We also saw the new movie version of Pride and Prejudice...and all I could think when I saw Darcy was...it's Tom from Spooks!! LOL

Yay glad you had a nice time! Wow, Adam West looks good. I used to think he was the bomb, honest. I loved Batman back then.

I am totally shocked at Wayne Pygram, I never knew what he looked like. He looks nothing like I thought he did. He reminds me a little of Patrick Stewart in looks. So he was nice eh?

I know...that was the best Batman series ever...and yeah, Adam West was tres, tres cool.

Now you mention it, yeah, he does look a bit like PS. He was great...nothing like Scorpy (as if he would be *chuckle*)...and a gorgeous Aussie accent!
