This is going around...so, ask me my top five of anything, and I'll give you the list with some commentary.

1. Right now my biggest pet peeve is the post office on base and how friggin' slow their (non)customer service is.

2. The system they now have on base for purchasing gas...one of those "easier and more convenient than ever" things that definitely is the opposite.

3. People at the ATM who seem to take forever in getting cash out, when it takes me 30 seconds tops.

4. The boarding "system" they have in place at Ryanair...funnelling cattle into a slaughterhouse is more pleasant an experience.

5. The German concept of queueing...which is pretty much non-existent.

And those are just the ones that leapt to mind first...I'm getting impatient and crotchety in my old age.
