Yes, he/they actually is/are...a friend at the party even commented that I must be hot as it was quite a bit warmer than Mongolia! Which I loved!

Oh, that is just too funny! I got it for Christmas about three years ago back in Germany. And that is actually Hsu's sword, which is why I HAD to have it! :D

That is about when I got mine, although I bought it outright. I think I found it on eBay via a place that specialised in swords.

And certainly more than one Temple Initiate has felt that blade on the back of their necks whilst they recite their vows! *g*

On the base in Germany there was (maybe still is, not sure) a gift shop that sold a variety of swords, and where we got all of ours. We also have a broadsword, Roman gladius, and two rapiers...plus a throwing axe. If it's still there when we go back...collection will be expanding!
