The Hun is smirking!
I watched Gordon Ramsey's F Word as they had a piece on...horse's milk.
It is gaining popularity in some European countries, and Gordon test marketed it in a supermarket and his restaurant. It, apparently, tastes like skimmed milk (i.e. kind of tasteless) and has less than half the fat of cow's milk. He also made a rice pudding with horse's milk, which his customers found nice and rich, almost custardy.
He didn't, however, try...or even mention...Hsu's favourite drink 'koumiss'...or fermented mare's milk. *g* Hsu is pleased, though, that the benefits of something he has known for a long time is getting some deserved attention. *lol*
