Once Upon a Time...

in China II. Rented this today...been meaning to for a long time and as it was wet and windy, it was finally a good day to do so. Jet Li and Donnie Yen together...yum! But it was, and interesting and well done story without the martial arts stuff taking over too much of the plot (which was a problem I had with Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon). There was humour in it that were, surprisingly, sometimes insightful. Donnie Yen looked FINE as the Commander of Canton, and a great set up for the final fight between him and Wong Fei-Hong (Jet Li) that was just poetry to watch.
