Finally...
...got to see some of The Two Towers Extended Edition.
Of course skipped straight to 'The Sons of the Steward' chapter
*SQUEE*
I knew this would be wonderful and it exceeded all my expectations... And I believe SB and DW were really separated at birth *g*. The depth of feeling between Boromir and Faramir is just beautiful...and the scene when Boromir rides off...the look between them is just so sad and poignant.
As for Denethor *bah humbug!* What a nasty, nasty man. Those poor boys.
The entire added scene just says so much about the relationship between all three men, in such a short time. I'm glad PJ added it in...just a pity it could make the theatrical release. The scene with Boromir addressing Gondor's army would have looked awesome on the big screen.
